Special training for team’s fielding improvement: Intikhab

Pakistan cricket team coach Intikhab Alam said that the national team is undergoing special training for bringing an improvement in its fielding so that to enable the team to give a tough fight to Australia during the Test series.

Talking with Geo News from Hobart, Intikhab Alam said that keeping in view the Australian wickets, Pakistani fielders are being practiced for catching in slips so that they do not drop vital catches as they did in the series against New Zealand.

The Pakistan coach said that Australia are the best fielding unit and Pakistani fielders would have to display a better performance in fielding.

Talking on the National Assembly standing committee’s proposals regarding his termination from the post, he said that he did not know about that and thus he cannot say anything in this regard.
