Sources privy to the law minister told Geo News the attorney general’s office has received the court’s Dec 16 judgment on the National Reconciliation Ordinance.
On this, the attorney general has written a letter to the law ministry, seeking guidelines to reopen money-laundering cases in Switzerland.
A copy of the court’s verdict has also been attached with the letter.
