SSP Operation Kareem Khan told GEO News security plan for Muharram has been chalked out and more than 3,000 law enforcers will be on duty during 1st to 10th of Muharram.
According to the SSP, number of security personnel have been increased as compared to last year while police guards will be deputed in all mosques and Imam Bargahs of the city.
Frontier Constabulary will also assist police to maintain peace during Muharram in the metropolis, SSP added.
